10g hemp seed
10g chia seed
9g Brazil nuts
150g alpro no added sugar yogurt (new)
2g cinnamon for taste
sprinkle of sweetener (diabetic safe)
Blend 10g of hempseed with cinnamon, once blended quite finely then add your 10g of chia seed.
Carefully chop your nuts up, I usually break up the walnuts by hand and add them to your seed mix.
Place your 150g of yogurt in a bowl add your seed and nut mix, sprinkle in some sweetener to taste and mix well.
